Bouldering in Poudre Canyon

Poudre Canyon offers a rugged and scenic bouldering experience, with its striking granite and gneiss formations nestled within the canyon walls. While the area is better known for sport and trad climbing, dedicated boulderers will find quality problems scattered throughout, especially near riverbed outcroppings and isolated blocks. The best season to visit is late spring through early fall, as winter conditions can make access difficult.
